CLING TO THE CROSS

There is a power
That conquered my sin
On a rugged cross
He died for all men

Though I feel guilt
And I am so ashamed
I know it's that same power
Within me that saves

So I will cling to the cross
No longer feel sin's condemnation
I'm no longer the same person
No longer the same victim

Now I tell my story
One of great victory
He changed my history
He is all glory

So I will cling to the cross
And I will walk by faith
In the light of God
Because Jesus, He still saves
